The man faced charges of DUI, aggravated vehicular homicide and obstructing official business in connection to the accident. He was convicted of these charges.
This week, the 34-year-old man from Galion was given his sentence in this drunk driving case. According to the article on the Mansfield News Journal's website which reported this story, the judge in this case sentenced the man to serve eight years in prison. Also, the man's license has been suspended indefinitely.
